Lost Ark NA East Servers Down

Update: The server Elzowin will be coming down at 7:30pm PT/10:30pm ET. Expected downtime is approximately 3 hours. The downtime is due to the crash we experienced earlier. The Auction House will also be down for all of NA East during the same time.

Looks like Lost Ark is having some unexpected problems with NA East servers crashing. The team is already aware of the situation and are working on fixing the issue.

If you've experienced any progression lost due to the crashes, ShadowFox suggests you make a post on the official forum post here.

UPDATE: Even though servers are coming back up, please be aware that we are still looking into the issue which may create instability, especially on Elzowin.

I’m so sorry everyone, we are aware of the issue and looking into it. I’m currently talking to the devs and we’re looking at what made NA East crash.
